Blockchain technology is emerging and has high potential to improve transform the agricultural supply chain. This study investigates critical barriers blockchain adoption in Vietnamese chain using a novel interval-valued hesitant fuzzy Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (IVHF-DEMATEL) approach. The IVHF-DEMATEL technique applied identify cause-and-effect relationships draw influence-relations map of barriers. In contrast prior work, which converts sets into crisp then uses set operations, this first investigate that fully operations representing experts’ assessment without information loss during conversion.
